Renovation FAQs

Frequently asked questions about our planning, build, and delivery processes

Do you manage all gas and electrical certifications?

Yes. All electrical and plumbing work executed by Heritage Construction is signed off by registered NICEIC electricians and Gas Safe engineers. You will receive complete building safety certificates upon project completion.

Can I live in the house during a full renovation?

Depending on the scale of structural alterations, it is sometimes possible to stay in the property. However, for complete bathroom, kitchen, and heating overhauls, we usually recommend vacating the premises for a short duration to ensure project speed and safety.
